EXCHANGE POLICY
I do offer exchanges within 14 days of receipt of item for items broken under normal wear or damaged upon delivery. I pack each item with extreme care and use quality recycled materials to reduce waste. (I get creative ; )

Handmade items are crafted with care and made to last, however they do need to be treated with kindness. See CARE in FAQ section of shop under ABOUT tab.
I'm a small business and I do not accept returns at this time.

I will get back to you with my availability, a rough price estimate, and sketch if necessary. Once these details are amenable - I will create a product order page and will get to work after order is complete. All custom works are final sale.
