Wall Hangings, tassel fringe and earring fringe may need to be combed to help fringe hang correctly. Use wide toothed comb and gently brush through. If macramé item(s) get dirty, gently pat with damp soapy cloth. Cat bed pillows can be laundered in regular wash. Remember these are handmade items and need to be treated with kindness. Yes! I do - only under the conditions of defective items broken during shipping within 14 days of delivery and under normal wear. Keep in mind macramé items are handmade and should be treated with a level of care. Earrings should not come unraveled with normal wear - however - they are not intended to be slept in or worn in wet conditions such as a shower or swimming. They are also not intended to be worn during intense physical activity. Please contact me within 14 days to discuss replacement items.
